CHEAT CODE sells digital information products, including downloadable eBooks, guides, checklists, templates and other digital content.
Because our products are digital and are made available for immediate access and/or download after purchase, all sales are final once access to the digital content has begun or the download link has been provided and activated, subject to applicable consumer law.
Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing a CHEAT CODE digital product and requesting immediate access, you expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of any applicable statutory withdrawal period.
You also acknowledge that, once delivery or access to the digital content has begun, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Therefore, once the product has been delivered, accessed or downloaded, we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or refunds simply because:
- you changed your mind;
- you no longer want or need the product;
- you did not read the product description before purchasing;
- you expected information, results or outcomes that were not expressly promised;
- you found similar information elsewhere;
- you purchased the product accidentally after completing the checkout process;
- you have already viewed, accessed, opened or downloaded the digital content.
No Guarantee of Results
CHEAT CODE provides educational and informational content only.
Purchasing a CHEAT CODE product does not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular benefit, allowance, reimbursement, legal right, financial advantage or other outcome.
Eligibility and outcomes depend on your individual circumstances and on the rules of the relevant authorities or organisations.
A disagreement with the information, or a situation in which the information does not apply to your individual circumstances, does not in itself create a right to a refund.
Exceptions
We may review a refund or replacement request where:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- you paid but did not receive access to the purchased digital product due to a technical issue on our side;
- the file is corrupted or cannot reasonably be opened and we are unable to provide a working replacement;
- applicable consumer law requires us to provide a refund or another legal remedy.
Where possible, technical access issues will first be resolved by providing a replacement download link or working copy of the product.
Download and Access Responsibility
After successful payment, customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their purchased digital content.
You must provide a valid email address during checkout. We are not responsible for access issues caused by incorrect customer information, full inboxes, spam filters or other issues outside our reasonable control, although we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
Unauthorized Sharing
Your purchase is for your personal use only unless otherwise expressly stated.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly share, upload, publish or otherwise distribute CHEAT CODE digital products without our written permission.
Unauthorized distribution may result in termination of access and further action where legally permitted.
Chargebacks
If you experience a genuine problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using available order, payment, access and download records.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or override any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under Belgian or European Union law.
